HOW IS IT WATERLESS?
What makes our wash waterless is the aspect that we are not getting out a hose and bucket and using gallons upon gallons to wash a vehicle. Instead, we use a solution that we spray on the vehicle which allows us to wipe the dirt safely off of the vehicle.
HOW DOES THE SOLUTION WORK?
The solution has an emulsifying effect which means that when sprayed upon the vehicle it lifts up the dirt from the actual clear coat of the paint. Thus putting a lubrication between the paint and the microfiber towel, allowing us to wipe the dirt off safely.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION MADE OUT OF?
The solution is made out of plant and clay based materials. It is completely safe for the vehicle, for the person using it, and the environment.
HOW DO I GET MY COMPANY SIGNED UP?
Getting your company signed up is easy. All you have to do is go to www. waterless-works.com or call us at 866-227-9061 and we will be happy to help you.
DOES IT COST THE COMPANY ANYTHING?
The beauty of us visiting your company is that it does not cost your company anything. Those employees who sign up for the service are obligated to pay for what they want done. However, you also have the option of making our services an employee benefit, where the company pays a specific service. If this is the case then please call 866-227-9061 in order to set that up.
HOW DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK WITH COMPANIES?
How we typically work with companies is dependent upon the number of employees whom work there. Depending upon the number of employees we will determine how often we visit your company. Some of the options are: every week, every other week, or once a month.

HOW DO I PAY? WHERE DO I PAY? WHAT CAN I PAY WITH?
Payment will be collected on the day of your appointment. When arriving to work, please head to our designated location and check in with one of our team members. Upon check in, we will process your payment. We take all 4 major credit cards and cash. Note: We do accept cash, however, our specialists are not permitted to carry change with them, therefore we cannot provide change.
HOW DOES SCHEDULING WORK?
WHEN IS MY APPOINTMENT TIME?
Waterless Works does not run by appointment times. We do ask what when you will be arriving for our own in field purposes, however that is not your appointment time. Please arrive at your convenience. Upon check in, please make sure that you notify a team member on when you need the car done by. That is the time that you can expect your car to be done.
WHEN DO I BRING MY CAR?
You bring your car at your convenience and we will check you in upon your arrival. We do prefer if you are at one of our companies that you check-in before 10:00AM.
HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK?
Upon arrival, head to our designated location and park as close to our vehicle as possible. A team member will then great you and ask for your name. We have an employee app on all of our devices that holds your appointment information. They will then review expectations and process your payment We accept all major credit cards and exact change.
HOW DO I TIP?
There are several ways you can go about tipping. If you are paying with either cash or credit you have the option of tipping while checking in. In order to tip after the service is complete you will have to keep an eye out for an email saying that your wash has been completed and then come out to tip in cash. There is unfortunately, no option to tip via credit card if your credit payment has been already processed.
CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes you can! We completely understand that life happens and that you need to cancel your appointment for that day.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?
In the event of bad weather, we will cancel the day’s activities. You will receive an email stating that we have canceled the upcoming services and ask if you would like to reschedule for the next date that we are scheduled to come out.

HOW DOES THE DETAIL PROCESS WORK?
You have two options when it comes to getting your car detailed: Drop your vehicle off at our shop which is located at 249, Planebrook Rd. Unit-2, Malvern, PA, and pick up your vehicle at the desired time discussed with you and a team member. We can pick up your vehicle at your desired location, drive it back to our shop, detail it, and drive it back to your desired location
